FTF - Sauteed vegetables

Last week, I prepared my children’s “favorite” veggie dish, sauteed vegetables. This is a combination of bitter gourd (ampalaya) and squash (kalabasa). I put on shrimps to make it more appealing to eat and Moringa (malunggay) for additional nutrition.

They rarely eat vegetables and when they do, it makes mommy truly happy. :)

Here’s an additional info about the nutrition benefits of the vegetables in my dish.

      I hope you can grow malunggay plant sa backyard mo, sis. madali naman siyang tumubo. datil tatlo ang puno namin ngayon isa na lang kasi makukulit ang mga bata dito samin binubunot ang tanim bago pa lumaki :)

      Sana meron din diyan sa Japan. Kapag nakakita ka, I encourage you to plant Clang. Very nutritious ang malunggay at convenient kung may sarili kang tanim nito. :)
