Adobong Dulong

Ulam namin ito kanina. I cooked this with garlic, tomato, onion, salt, pepper and seasoning. Other way to cook this is through frying. Add an egg and form them to small patties, you will have Dulong omelet.
Yum!

    i love tortang dulong, lots of eggs and spices—then dipped in sweet chili sauce, winner!
