I was out, he’s in charge

Rodliz’s Nest

The last time hubby look after our kids was when I left for Leyte for a pre-election coverage in 2006. I left the house early in the morning to catch a flight to Tacloban City. I make a lot of reminders to hubby not to forget to remind the nanny to prepare everything the kids need for school, breakfast, vitamins and snacks. In the afternoon or just before hubby left for work, I would still remind him to check on the kids when they arrived from school. At night, we would also talk about the kids and ourselves like how our days went. I appear to be makulit or persistent here, but actually my husband knows what to do without enumerating all of it to him.  Even now that we don’t have a househelp, I’m confident that he can take care of our kids and run the house with ease while I’m out to run errands. Hubby can cook a little, but do the laundry and ironing  so well. He also maintains the house spick and span. With all his qualifications, don’t you think hubby can make a good stay at home dad? 🙂

he definitely can be a great stay at home dad.

Kapag ako kasi may kasamang reklamo minsan. 😀
