FTF - My favorite milkfish menu
When I cook Sinigang na Bangus (sa miso), I see to it to prepare fried Bangus as counterpart. My family loves the combination of tamarind base soup and the crispy fried fish. It’s always like that. Did you notice the fish gizzard? That’s actually my favorite part.

I also love the Bangus’ gizzard and my mom make sure to include it whenever she cooked Sinigang!

I also like “Sinigang na Bangus” especiall sinigang sa Miso pero hindi ko kaya ang gizzard ng bangus mommy, hanggang belly lang ako

All time favorite ni hubby ang bangus. Name it… sinigang, inihaw, daing, prito, kilawin lahat basta bangus
