I completely forgot to take a picture of the fried Relyenong Bangus that I prepare the other day. Now I have the excess filling here and decided to use it as filling for Lumpiang Shanghai.
By the way I use Bangus meat, ground pork, red bell pepper, carrots, green peas, raisins as filling for Relyenong Bangus.

I’m not quite sure what type or variety of orchid plant this one belongs (or if this is really an orchid). But I’m glad the plant manages to stay alive despite being unattended to. It depends on rainwater to survive and bear lovely flowers.

The kids and I recently watched our DVD copy of Mamma Mia. I fell in love with the characters especially Sophie (played by Amanda Seyfried) and her equally feisty mom Donna (Meryl Streep).
