30 years in service

In a few months, hubby will be retiring from work after 30 years of service. However, he is only 49 and couldnâ€™t afford to be out of job with our two kids still in school. He might still be hired as a consultant though. Still, he needs an extra job to support the family.Â We donâ€™t want to expect anything yet (financial benefit from retirement) at this point for we know how difficult it is for those who retired ahead of my husband. But who knows the company might be generous enough to award hubby another loyalty ring similar to a masonic ring here. We are keeping our fingers crossed and options open.

In case you still have not realized, it is summer already! A lot of people are truly excited for this season because they know that it is the time when they can truly have fun and enjoy with the whole family. Some people would also like to go out with the company of their friends and loved ones. A lot of people are already so tired with all the work that they have to do. Some do not even take time to spend time with their family on weekends because they are just too busy.

You would need to make sure that the room you will stay in is within your budget but at the same time will still make you feel at ease. You also have the choice to have a luxurious stay. It is your vacation and the choices that you will make will be entirely up to you.

Employment Anniversary

My husband is celebrating his 28th years in service this year. A couple more years to go before his retirement. He is looking forward to that day, but since we still have kids to send to school, he might request for an extension of service.

Hubby’s climb to the proverbial ladder is inspiring. He started out as a janitor and learned to repair a lot of things including exciting thd amps. He worked so hard to support his education. His efforts paid off as opportunities came knocking on his door (cited in the news clipping). Hubby maybe holding an important position today but he remains a humble person.
