Dance workout

I’ve heard a lot of good things about this latest workout craze from my friends. They enjoy zumba dances a lot that they’ve include this as part of their morning ritual. Because of the positive things they are telling about zumba, I’m planning to try it one of these days. I love to dance especially when no one is watching. :D I’ve seen a couple of zumba videos last night and the steps seem easy enough to follow unlike with other dance fitness workout with complicated or strenuous routine. I hope to squeeze in a few extra minutes everyday to enjoy this new-found dance workout. Are you into zumba dance right now? Does it help you lose weight?
