I’ve heard a lot of good things about this latest workout craze from my friends and high school classmates. They enjoy zumba dances a lot that they’ve include this as part of their morning ritual. Because of the positive things they are telling about zumba, I’m planning to try it one of these days. I love to dance especially when no one is watching. 😀 I’ve seen a couple of zumba videos and trombone mouthpieces last night and the steps seem easy enough to follow unlike with other dance fitness workout with complicated or strenuous routine.
