Iâ€™m taking a few days off from exercising and dieting. But no Iâ€™m not going back to my old ways. The motivation is still there Iâ€™m just busy with some personal tasks and Iâ€™m also looking for a different workout. I guess the old set of exercises is no longer working for me as I gain a couple of pounds back and thatâ€™s no good news. A few more tasks to finish including placing file folder labels and Iâ€™m off to watching (and or doing) this new workout my husband downloaded from the internet. Hope to see and feel the result in one week or so through this exercise.
