I’ve seen different styles and designs of carpet online, but this is the first time to see interlocking carpet tiles. It’s actually a do it yourself carpet for the basement. It seems easy to install as you only have to interlock one piece to the next tile. Cleaning this type of carpet seems easy to do as you only have to deal with one piece at a time in your own phase, unlike with the wide carpet that takes forever to finish.
I like to have a carpeted floor for aesthetic and safety purposes. However, it’s not practical to have one with the kind of climate that we have, which is dusty and humid. Unless our house has centralized air condition then I don’t have to worry about dust accumulation inside our house.
I’ve never heard of DYI carpet before but this seems like it would be very beneficial. Thanks for sharing.
