This is my late post for Food Trip Friday.
My all-time favorite is sinigang na baboy, fried tilapia, and mussels or tahong. These dishes are one of the easiest to prepare and cook for me. For fruits, banana and mango are our favorite, too. Yummy!
Tomorrow another Aquino will make a mark in Philippine history. President-elect Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino will be sworn into office by Associate Justice Conchita Carpio-Morales at the Quirino Grandstand in Manila.
The Cory shirt was one of the souvenirs my husband bought (for me) on the occasion of former President Cory Aquino’s mass and funeral at the Manila Cathedral last year.
