I stand 5 feet and 2 inches tall and my ideal weight should be between 103 and 136 pounds. Two or three years ago, I think I’m within this “normal” range. But now, I’m not sure how much weight I’ve gained after I quit my job and decided to be a stay-at-home mom.
I thought about losing weight (sometimes I even dream of it :D) through artificial means like taking diet or slimming pills so I could shed the pounds I have gained in three years. But I have no guts to do it. For one, cost of slimming pills are way beyond my budget and I worry about side effects. My sister had done it before and she was able to achieve the weight that she desires. I wish I could try something else like a slimming pill from natural sources.
