Fishing Memories in Gensan
Fishing is an outdoor activity my husband and his older brother love to do when they were still in General Santos City. Hubby said his brother could catch fish in the seashore using only traditional fishing gadget made of bamboo. Unlike his “kuya”, hubby has to wait a little longer before his bait (umang or coconut crab) works. Both of them would go home with a sure meal for lunch or dinner on their hand much to their mother’s delight. Hubby said they don’t need fishing tools like spyderco spyderhawk to gather fish. Hubby thinks his brother got the natural talent for fishing. The place where they used to go fishing is now the site of one of the biggest modern fish ports in the country today, the General Santos City Fish Port Complex.

GT: Work Resolutions
I’m crappy when it comes to time management. But for the sake of joining GT this week, I’m posting my work resolutions for 2011…I don’t know what will come out of this list after one year. Good luck to me then. 😉
- Will try to manage my work and chore schedule while I can (so hubby will not be burdened with all the laundry).
- Avoid procrastination. Complete my task on time and not cram at the last minute.
- Start the day right with a smile and positive attitude and everything will surely fall in their right places.
- Minimize distraction (all sorts).
- Lastly, I can’t work and think right if I don’t get enough sleep. So, I need to sleep early!
