Yes, summer is finally upon us and I would love to bring in the festive mood and color of summer into my home. I am thinking of changing my curtains, along with my sheets and pillow cases, and replacing them with colorful ones in hues of greens and orange I would also love to add a vase or two of fresh flowers in bloom from the market, here and there, and bring in the sweet scent of summer as well. Yellow seems like a great summer color, too, so am thinking of getting some throw rugs, hand towels and pot holders in that shade for my kitchen. How are you preparing your home for the summer season?
I do, I need more cabinets and closets to organize things around my home making it clutter-free and more pleasant to the eyes, especially in the room of my kids. Can you believe all the stuff they accumulate in a year? After a school year, there is hardly enough storage for their books and other school stuff, not to mention their Osprey Backpacks among a host of other things. I am thinking of buying them additional closet each so they will be more organized with their things. Hopefully when I do, there will be no more magazines or books lying just about everywhere. That should make cleaning time easier for mom, won’t it?
