It takes a few tips to get the desired new look and style in your home without spending so much. The first thing that you need to do is to plan well and establish a budget based on the amount of money you are willing to spend. Ensure that you leave an allowance on your budget just in case your estimations may have been inaccurate. Next, prioritize the areas of your house that need makeover during the renovation process. Our modest home

When hubby and I got married in 1996, well-meaning family members have advised us to build our own home while we don’t have kids yet and the cost of construction materials is cheaper. Hubby and I were able to build our own modest home before our eldest was born. It is a row house made of semi-concrete and wood material. The house structure may be far from our ideal design but we’re happy and thankful that whatever size or appearance it may have, we can call it our own. We also plan to modify our house and may include some musical furnishings such as voicelive when we have enough money to start the repair.
