Vinegar as cleaning partner

The vinegar we use to make salad can be a good cleaning partner at home.

Fill a spray bottle with one part vinegar and one part water, use the mixture to clean the counter tops and sink fixtures.

To clean the toilet bowl, pour a cup of vinegar in the bowl, let it stay overnight. Just brush and flush the following day.

To sparkle up your linoleum and tile floors, mop with a mixture of  one cup of vinegar to a gallon of warm water.

Bathroom pedicure, anyone?

No, not for your cute toenails! I’m talking about giving your bathroom a pedicure.

You can actually use pumice sticks to clean toughened stains and hard water lines on tubs, toilets, and ceramic sinks.

I know, pumice is your most trusted ally to get rid of hard calluses on your feet, but shouldn’t your bathroom need some pampering, too? 😀

How to avoid clutters at home

It is frustrating when you come home and clutter welcomes you eagerly so here are some few tips in which you can manage and practice a clutter-free house.

• Think of its use. Ask yourself always when you are buying something if you really need it, where will you use it and if you will continuously be able to use it in the future.

• Storage wise. Come up with a storage system that has all the categories of stuff where it belongs. For example a file drawer with 36″ Drawer Slides, box for trophies and toy storage.

• Spare time. Do it now or every time you have a free time so you will not end up wasting your time slumping lazily and do unimportant things.
